Marketing Administrative Assistant
Emerald Garment Manufacturing Corporation
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes
- Maintain and update marketing databases, email lists, and CRM systems
- Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media posts, etc.)
- Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns
- Manage and track inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
- Support social media and content publishing schedules
- Help compile marketing reports, performance metrics, and analytics
- Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and freelancers as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative or marketing support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
