Mall Marketing Officer

Job Description
- Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces
- Conceptualize and execute fairs , special events and activities to add value to assigned property
- Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled.
- Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
- Monitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
- Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
- Monitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
- Prepare post promo / post mortem for all activities handled for filing
- Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelines
- Monitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
- Prepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to events
- Create and build suppliers database / Create bids for required suppliers and services
- Graduate of any business related course
- At least three (3) years experience in mall marketing in a supervisory level
