On-Premise Specialist

Job Summary:

On-Premise Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing compliant offline, trade, and event-based marketing strategies to maximize product trial, visibility, and sales volume. This role aims to drive consumer engagement, increase product trial, and build long-term brand loyalty.

Key Task Responsibilities:

• Design and execute interactive product trial events and live demonstrations strictly within legal designated vaping areas (DVAs) or authorized point-of-sale establishments.
• Organize presence at industry trade shows, vape conventions, and adult-only B2B networking events to launch new hardware platforms or e-liquid profiles.
• Deploy point-of-sale materials, compliant display racks, and retail counters to win the battle for consumer attention inside the partner vape shops.
• Enforce absolute age-gating across all physical brand touchpoints and event boundaries before any consumer engagement occurs.
• Audit all marketing materials and creative assets to ensure they explicitly omit flavor descriptors or cartoon graphics that could be interpreted as appealing to consumers.
• Coordinate directly with compliance officers to secure mandatory permits from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) before launching any promotion or advertisement campaign.
• Ensure all retail activations occur strictly outside the legal 100-meter perimeter of schools, playgrounds, or youth-frequented facilities.
• Equip and train on-ground store promoters, brand ambassadors and vape shop staff on product specifications, device safety, and compliance protocols.
• Roll out trade-incentive activations, bundle offers, and retail visibility programs to encourage vape shops to push product inventory.
• Monitor store-level inventory, tracking the distribution of marketing materials alongside product movement (SKUs) to maximize regional ROI.
• Assists the marketing department with administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
