- Handle Event preparation, planning and execution
- Source suppliers, onsite or local coordinators and other staff needed at the event
- Coordinate logistics, event set up, equipment, marketing collateral, talent, accommodations, transfers and etc.
- Secure event permit and settle fees
- Secure venue contract, supplier contract, talent contract and etc.
- Write proposal for ex-deals and partnership with other brands or media that can extend additional mileage for Megabet.
- Build a preferred event suppliers database in the future
- Audit of event materials and equipment after event
- Close a sponsorship of partnership minimum of 2 brands per location.
- Implement media mileage of brand partner on time (onsite and online).
