We are seeking a highly motivated Events and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services to Filipino nurses aspiring to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage online & onsite events (webinars, workshops, info sessions)
• Handle event logistics, registration, speakers, and promotions
• Build strong partnerships with review centers, testing centers & nursing institutions
• Represent Towne Kids at industry events and conferences
• Help create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Support content creation for social media, website, email & promotional materials
• Manage marketing budget and track campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience with event planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Power Point) is a plus – for creation of marketing pitch decks and presentation to schools
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
