We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to assist in planning and executing events smoothly. Candidates with at least 3 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply, as long as they have a good understanding of event support and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing company or client events
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff
• Support logistics such as venue setup, registration, materials preparation, and equipment arrangement
• Help manage event timelines and schedules
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure event requirements are met
• Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
• Handle post-event follow-ups and feedback collection

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in event coordination or event assistance (preferred but not strictly required if capable)
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
