Moment Catering is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales & Event Officer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will drive sales for our premium catering services and orchestrate seamless events that create lasting memories for clients. This is a full-time position where you'll uphold our commitment to excellence in culinary experiences and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect, pitch, and close catering sales deals with corporate clients, events planners, and private customers
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from menu customization and logistics to on-site execution
• Build strong client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure repeat business through exceptional service
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to deliver flawless events on time and within budget

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales at a catering service, hotel, or F&B establishment
• Ideally a college graduate in business, hospitality management, or related field, or equivalent certifications with proven experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a knack for upselling premium catering packages
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating memorable events and a customer-first mindset
