Onsite ESL Teacher (Part-time)

Role Synopsis:

As an ESL Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering foreign students to master the English language. You will facilitate the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills by creating tailored lessons that address grammar, pronunciation, and cultural nuances. Your mission is to foster a supportive learning environment that builds student confidence and global communication competence.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Instructional Delivery: Lead individual and group sessions for international students using dynamic teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations.

Curriculum Adaptation: Customize teaching materials and instructional strategies to align with students' diverse learning abilities, interests, and proficiency levels.

Progress Monitoring: Observe and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable suggestions for improvement.

Reporting: Maintain and submit detailed progress reports to track student development throughout the camp.

Classroom Management: Ensure all materials and the learning environment are prepared for daily activities.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Communication Arts, Education, or a related field.

Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills are required.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in teaching English or Languages is preferred; however, highly motivated Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Terms of Engagement:

Location: Purely Onsite – Enderun Colleges Campus, McKinley Hill, Taguig.

Schedule: Flexible from Monday to Friday engagement (Minimum 3 hours; Maximum 6 hours).

Requirement: Personal laptop or tablet is required for instructional use.
