Job Description
We are urgently seeking passionate and experienced English teachers to join our dynamic team at Breakthrough Academic Institute in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the education and personal growth of our students through part-time or full-time teaching positions.
What you'll be doing
- Teach engaging and interactive English lessons to young learners and adults
- Design lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create progress reports and discuss student performance and plans for implementation with parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and curriculum
- Attend regular and continuous coaching and training sessions for professional development
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the student experience
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably English, Education or a related field)
- Teaching experience (preferably at least 6 months)
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and adaptability to design and deliver interactive lessons
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential

Work Schedule
Full-time Teacher (2 positions available)
- 10:00 AM - 7:50 PM [teacher may opt to start from 8:00 AM) Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:50 PM Saturday (not mandatory)
Rate: Hourly (200/hr for general English classes; 350/hr for test-based classes)
