Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for ESL teachers.
• Conduct workshops, coaching, and mentoring to support teacher development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methods and materials.
• Ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Support teachers in addressing classroom challenges and enhancing their teaching techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field. Graduate of any 4-year course is acceptable.
• At least minimal experience in facilitating training.
• Strong ESL teaching background.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
