Job summary

• We are looking for passionate and engaging ESL (English as a Second Language) tutors to deliver high-quality English lessons to non-native speakers.
• The role involves conducting interactive classes, helping students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and ensuring a positive learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or group English lessons (onsite)
• Follow provided lesson plans and teaching materials
• Assess student level and adjust teaching approach accordingly
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve
• Maintain a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Track student progress and submit required reports
• Ensure punctuality and consistent class attendance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always required)
• Strong English communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Patient, adaptable, and culturally sensitive
• Tech-savvy (for online teaching platforms)

Work schedule

• Fixed schedule Monday to Saturday 2:30 PM to 10 PM (7 hours work + 30 mins break)
