Senior Project Manager  ERP Implementation in Taguig upto 180k

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects across platforms such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. This role oversees project delivery, drives PMO governance, and mentors project managers to strengthen organizational project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support.

-Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

-Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

-Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and oversee change control.

-Drive PMO standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

-Provide project and portfolio updates to senior leadership.

-Coach and mentor junior project managers while promoting project management best practices.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

-At least 7 years of project management experience, including ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.

-Strong knowledge of ERP processes and project management methodologies.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.

-Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
