-Operates, monitors, and maintains chillers and cooling towers to ensure efficient system performance.

-Diagnoses and troubleshoots chiller issues related to temperature, pressure, and water flow.

-Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, including filter replacement, lubrication, and component repairs.

-Adjusts and calibrates chiller controls while applying refrigeration and HVAC principles.

-Monitors operating parameters and optimizes system performance for maximum efficiency.

-Maintains accurate records of chiller operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

-Responds promptly to chiller malfunctions, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of a Technical, Vocational, or Diploma program with specialization or coursework in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC).

-TESDA NC II certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related trade is required. Additional certifications in Chiller Operation, HVAC, or Occupational Safety (e.g., BOSH/COSH) are an advantage.

-At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Chiller Operator or in a similar role.

-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
