Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise machinists and daily operations
- Evaluate accomplishment reports and fabricated moulds
- Monitor mold development schedules
- Ensure machines operate according to production plans
- Train and mentor machinists
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2–3 years experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge in drafting and machine operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
