We are looking for a qualified and experienced Equipment Asset Department (EAD) Manager to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company equipment and asset management

• Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory

• Ensure proper documentation (trip tickets, permits, logs)

• Implement control systems to prevent misuse and loss

• Coordinate with project sites for equipment deployment

• Supervise EAD staff and operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field

• With experience in construction equipment management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge in maintenance scheduling and asset tracking

• Proficient in MS Office or asset management systems
