Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hosting live shows, including game shows with performances
• Conducting interviews with guests or participants
• Managing the timing and flow of the program, ensuring a smooth and organized broadcast
• Presenting announcements if there are any
• Interacting with the audience or callers, responding to questions or comments
• Collaborating with producers and directors to plan and develop the content of the program
• Engaging with viewers or listeners through social media or other platforms
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines when working in a studio environment

Qualifications:

• Degree in journalism, broadcasting, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the entertainment industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent public speaking and interviewing skills
• Ability to engage and connect with an audience
• Knowledge of broadcasting techniques and technologies
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing show formats or content
• Knowledge of current events and popular culture
• Professionalism and the ability to remain composed and calm on live broadcasts
• Ability to handle difficult or controversial topics
