Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sebagai Basic English Staff, Anda akan membantu dalam komunikasi sederhana menggunakan Bahasa Inggris, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan, serta mendukung operasional harian tim.
Tanggung Jawab
- Berkomunikasi menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dasar (chat, email, atau call)
- Membantu tugas administratif dan operasional harian
- Menangani pertanyaan sederhana dari klien atau customer
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk menyelesaikan tugas
- Memastikan pekerjaan selesai tepat waktu
Kualifikasi
- Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK/D3/S1 (Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar Bahasa Inggris (reading & writing)
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mau belajar
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Pengalaman kerja menjadi nilai tambah (tidak wajib)
