Responsibilities

• Facilitate and guide students through the Eye Level Self-Directed Learning (SDL) method, helping them build confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor student progress, check worksheets and learning materials, and provide timely feedback based on each child’s individual learning pace.
• Create a supportive, positive, and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to take ownership of their studies.
• Conduct student assessments and communicate progress updates, recommendations, and program benefits clearly to parents.
• Stay aligned with Eye Level teaching standards, program updates, and educational best practices to ensure quality learning support.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to create a fun learning environment and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
