• Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
• Preferably with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management, construction supervision, and infrastructure development.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating engineering and architectural teams.
• Knowledgeable in DPWH design standards, Building Code of the Philippines, and green building principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Negros Island Region and travel as required by the project

Job Requirements

• Prepare draft of Legal Opinion, Memoranda, advice, general agreements and contracts on matters and queries referred for action relative to the activities of the PSHS System;
• Provide legal research relative to the formulation of policies and guidelines that are responsive to the needs of the institution;
• Assist in the conduct of training and workshops to the PSHS System personnel on legal matters;
• Assist in the preparation of a response to concerns/ clarifications from the government agencies and other stakeholders;
• Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other relevant documents required by courts or agencies exercising their quasi-judicial functions
