Joint Use Coordinator / Permits Specialist

The Joint Use Coordinator / Permits Specialist is responsible for managing utility pole permitting and joint use processes, coordinating with engineers and external vendors, ensuring compliance with construction standards, and supporting fiber network deployment. This role also oversees project documentation, monitors permitting progress, reviews engineering plans, and ensures all work meets safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in aerial and underground fiber construction, including directional boring, trenching, and plowing.
• Strong knowledge of joint use coordination, utility pole submissions, spans, permitting, and Right-of-Way (ROW) processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering design packages and civil construction drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA 1926 safety standards (OSHA 30 Certification required before or within 30 days of hire).
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work onsite at IBP Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City on a shifting schedule.
