• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and recommend procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
