Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in an engineering supervisory role and with relevant experience in construction industry and in government projects
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management and engineering software
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
