- Design, illustrate, execute, seal, and sign for engineering works/plans and requirements as may be necessary within one's capacity
- Sustaining Technical Engineer (STE) for PCAB
- Overall in-charge of Construction department, projects, and construction operations
- Oversee and implement systems and procedures to improve company and site operations
- Inspection and quality control of projects; ensure work is done according to plans, budget, schedule, and safety standards
- Evaluate projects' status and sub-contractors' billings
- Materials quantity and cost estimation – actual and supervision
- Perform site survey and ocular inspections
- Attend meetings with clients and suppliers
- Conduct meetings with FI Construction team and mentor team members
- Other duties that may be assigned
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- With Professional license is required
- Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience (vertical & horizontal projects)S
- STE under PCAB
- Specialization in General Construction
- Knowledge in Field and Quantity Surveying
- Willing to travel in our sites
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
