• Carries full administrative responsibility and authority for the Engineering & Maintenance Department
• Coordinates all activities of the Engineering & Maintenance Department with other services and departments of the institution
• Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization and its division
• Knows and practices the prescribed Engineering and Building Maintenance policy, purpose, and standards
• Coordination with Government Agencies for all compliance as Safety officer, waste management, and pollution control officer
• Directs the planning and implementation of facilities improvement activities for Hospital Building services
• Exercise initiative, ingenuity, and sound judgement in solving difficult administrative, technical, and personnel problems.
• Perform other functions, including directions, supervision, and other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Updated PRC License
• With at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
