Operation Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and oversee daily construction operations and site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure construction work follows approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare progress and operational reports and ensure proper project documentation.
• Lead and evaluate site personnel to ensure efficient and productive operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer (PRC).
• With 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, site supervision, or project management.
• Preferably Chinese or can speak mandarin/ fookien
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or construction/project management software is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required like Carmona Cavite.
