Job Description
- Design and develop engineering solutions for projects.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Monitor project progress and adhere to timelines.
- Implement safety protocols and best practices.
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Age limit is 30yo - 40yo
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not)
- w/ AT LEAST 3-4 years work experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry (Site & Production based work) with work experience more on Architectural works rather than Structural/Plumbing/Electrical
- Has vast experience and proficient in attending site meetings
- Must possess GREAT & EFFICIENT manpower handling skills (hindi mabilis masindak ng mga labor/pintor/karpintero/etc)
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Pleasing personality and presentable appearance
- Good communication and strong leadership skills
- Professional, Upright, Accountable
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, with proper work etiquette
- Good inspection skills (QC/QA skills)
- Can work efficiently with minor supervision
- Willing to work on field (site visits and meetings) and report in the office from time to time
- Has means of transportation (with Driver's License)
- Lives within Metro Manila or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
