- Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and policies
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts through mediation and counseling
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of employment laws and company policies
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic with strong problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
