1.A college degree or higher in Human Resources，or equivalent experience in HR

2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working HR in a mid-sized organization

3.Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role

4.Demonstrated knowledge of employment law

5.Outstanding interpersonal skills

6.Exceptional written and verbal communication

7.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

8.Strong problem-solving ability

9.Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist
