JOB DESCRIPTION

The Employee Relations Officer will handle employee concerns, workplace cases, and fair implementation of company policies. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and document employee grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.

• Conduct or support fact-finding and case conferences.

• Prepare notices, minutes, and disciplinary documentation.

• Advise supervisors on consistent policy application.

• Track cases and support employee engagement or conflict-resolution activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field preferred.

• 2–4 years of employee relations or HR generalist experience preferred.

• Employee relations or HR operations experience.

• Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and due process.

• Strong interviewing, documentation, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Able to remain objective in sensitive cases.
