Join Our Team as an ER (Employee Relations) Officer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues
• Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
• Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys
• Assist in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Maintain documentation of employee relations matters
• Support management in implementing HR policies and programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Atleasy 2 years experience in employee relations or HR is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in employee relations or HR is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
