Position: Employee relation (HR + One day hiring)

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Amenable to work on site in Makati
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of consolidating updates to the company's rules, regulations, and policies.
- Handles the daily administrative tasks in Employee
- Relations and HR duties of an organization.
- Assisting the HR manager in handling employee violations and concerns.
- Planning and implementing programs and processes to improve employee welfare.
- Managing employee records in Employee Relations
