• Facilitate communication between employees and management to address workplace issues.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of employee relations.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Support HR team in developing a positive workplace culture.
