The HR Lead – Employee Relations is responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. This role leads investigations, ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies, and provides guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. The HR Lead partners with leadership to promote fair and consistent employee practices, drive employee engagement, and mitigate organizational risk.
