VTSA International Inc., the exclusive Distributor of Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines is hiring a ELEVATOR INSTALLER!

• Perform standard elevator installation works including rails, brackets, doors, machine components, and basic wiring support.
• Follow approved drawings, manuals, and installation procedures while ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and workmanship.
• Assist with basic mechanical adjustments, equipment positioning, and alignment corrections under supervision.
• Coordinate with Skilled Installers and Foremen to complete daily tasks and meet project schedules.
• Assist in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) preparation and punch list completion.
• Strictly follow site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company regulations.
• Maintain quality installation standards and minimize rework.
• Report installation issues, delays, material concerns, hazards, and safety incidents promptly.
• Complete and support installation checklists, daily progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Perform tasks within assigned authority and escalate technical issues or critical modifications to the supervisor. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and construction sites.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required by the project.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different project sites nationwide.
