Description
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and improvement of consumer electronics products.
- Oversee product testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product design and enhancements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in consumer electronics or related industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of consumer electronics, troubleshooting skills, experience as an electronic engineer
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
