Description
- Knowledge of operating, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
- Proficient in investigating any service call-related concern and can present workarounds and solutions.
- Has strong analytical, organizational skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Experience in any Service Center
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices or equipment.
- Can repair TV and other electronic devices an advantage. Detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn new applications and programs.
- Can work independently
