Job Description
Perform scope required for soft maintenance, electrical, hvac, fire prevention and energy consumption limited to operations, monitoring and minor trouble shooting and minor repairs. Major repairs and spare parts will be billed to PMI.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, or mechanical system.
- Perform related test on MEP system and devices.
- Perform minor civil works (carpentry, painting, plumbing).
At least high school or Vocational graduate
> with 2 years of experience in Technical ( electrical, mechanical and civil works)
