Electrician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical plans, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Install new electrical wiring systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
• Install and maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, disconnects, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and related electrical equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults, malfunctions, and system failures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Test electrical systems and components using appropriate testing devices.
• Identify and recommend corrective actions for electrical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM), Electrical Technology, or related technical/vocational course.
• Must possess TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent electrical certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; fresh NC II holders with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics.
• Knowledgeable in electrical wiring installation, panel board installation, breakers, outlets, and disconnects.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults.
• Familiar with electrical safety procedures and Philippine Electrical Code standards.
• Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork.
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
