The Field Technician (Electrician) is a crucial member of our operations team, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our electric motorcycles in the field. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will be the face of our company, ensuring our motorcycles are running smoothly and our customers are satisfied.

Education: Vocational training or an Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Motorcycle Mechanics) preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in motorcycle maintenance and repair, preferably with electric vehicles. Experience with electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting is essential.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle technology is a significant advantage.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
