RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Installation: Install electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and panels in new or existing buildings. 
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns. 
  • Repairs: Diagnose and repair faulty electrical components and equipment, such as wires, circuits, transformers, and motors. 
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and fix electrical malfunctions using a variety of testing tools like ammeters and voltmeters. 
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and safe installations. 
  • Blueprints & Diagrams: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide installation and repair work. 
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices. 
  • Record Keeping: Document work completed, materials used, and service information. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
  • With minimum of two (2) years experience working as Building Electrician
  • With full experience in the troubleshooting of controls , electrical and mechanical systems.
  • With basic knowledge in CCTV, FDAS and AFSS operation and maintenance
  • Skilled with technical know-how on Diesel Generator operation and maintenance.
  • Able to perform Electrical and Mechanical Load Calculation
