A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) performs diverse maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure facility safety and efficiency. They are highly versatile, covering building systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, often for property firms like CBRE or Colliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled repairs on pumps, motors, fans, and machinery.
- Building Systems: Fixing HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Troubleshooting: Addressing emergency repairs and investigating equipment breakdowns.
- Reporting: Logging tasks in computerized management systems (CMMS) and informing managers of equipment irregularities.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining high health & safety standards.
