- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities to maximize equipment efficiency.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex technical issues.
- Implement safety protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work performed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years in a technical or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership ability and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
