What you'll be doing

1. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and control panels
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement appropriate solutions
3. Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems
4. Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed
5. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and best practices
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems

What we're looking for

1. Preferably with knowledge in Advanced Industrial Motor/Diploma or National Certificate in a related technical field
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role
3. Knowledge of electrical systems, and equipment
4. Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
