Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and panels
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and tools
- Repair or replace defective electrical parts and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Respond to emergency electrical repairs when required
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities
