We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance (All-around) to join our team. This is a diverse role requiring expertise across various building maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other general maintenance duties. You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing upkeep and smooth operation of the building property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and repair tasks
• Undertake electrical work including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Handle plumbing repairs, installations, and general plumbing maintenance
• Overtake carpentry works including minor renovations, repairs, and improvements
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as required by the team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Solid experience in electrical and plumbing work
• Ability to carry out minor construction and renovation tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Relevant experience in electrical or plumbing
• Previous experience in commercial or residential maintenance
