- Attend to required low and high voltage electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical maintenance, construction, installation, and repairs of the building, electrical equipment, and components.
- Identify electrical problems and troubleshoot issues.
- Document repairs and modifications.
- Ensure safety compliance and stay up to date on building and safety regulations.
- Licensed Master Electrician / TESDA Certified NC II Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
