PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER(PEE)-Consultant/Part Time only

Provides professional electrical engineering services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects on a part-time basis while maintaining compliance with Philippine electrical codes and building regulations. Review, sign and seal electrical plans where applicable, conduct design verification, perform load calculations, oversee electrical system compliance, and provide technical recommendations for project development, permitting, and turnover. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical installations. Support project inspections, documentation, and regulatory submissions as required

Responsibilities

-Reviews, evaluates, and approves electrical designs and specifications.

-Performs load calculations, short-circuit, and voltage drop analysis.

-Signs and seals electrical plans and technical documents, when required by law.

-Ensures compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and local building regulations.

-Conducts site/online inspections and provide technical advice during construction.

-Coordinates with developers, consultants, and government agencies for permits and project compliance.

-Prepares technical reports and recommend improvements to electrical systems.
