CME Electrical Engineer

*🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Surveying & Testing*: Conduct Technical Site Surveys and CME Surveys. Execute pre- and post-implementation walk tests / drive tests and optimization to ensure coverage, quality, and client satisfaction
2. *Design & Budgeting*: Handle IBS / WIFI (DAS) Designing and Planning using the iBwave Design Tool. Provide precise link & power budget calculations and arrange the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
3. *Project Coordination & Management*: Report daily updates, schedules, issues, resolutions, and completions to the RF Design and Optimization Manager and Senior Project Coordinator
4. *Problem Solving*: Determine on-site problems and take appropriate actions and decisions to solve them
5. *Client Management*: Attend client meetings and manage RF acceptance with the client

*🎓 QUALIFICATIONS*
*Minimum Requirements:*
- *Education*: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- *License*: Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred
- *Technical Skills*: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, grounding systems, and site infrastructure requirements
- *Software*: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering design software such as AutoCAD
- *Soft Skills*: Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- *Flexibility*: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and willing to conduct fieldwork/travel to project sites

*Preferred Experience:*
- 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or CME-related projects
- Proven experience in telecom network deployment, IBS/DAS implementation, fiber optic projects, or tower infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with telecommunications site standards, electrical load computations, grounding systems, and power backup solutions
- Experience in site construction supervision, contractor management, and QA/QC
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans under minimal supervision

- *Salary Range*: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000
