Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying for electrical works / MEPF
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation and contract management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills


Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical systems (MEPF works)
  • Analyze plans, specifications, and drawings for accurate quantity take-offs
  • Monitor project costs and track budget vs. actual expenditures
  • Prepare progress billings, claims, and variation orders (VOs)
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in awarding contracts
  • Conduct site inspections to validate work accomplishments
  • Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and accounting teams
  • Assist in contract administration and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
