Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in quantity surveying for electrical works / MEPF
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation and contract management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical systems (MEPF works)
- Analyze plans, specifications, and drawings for accurate quantity take-offs
- Monitor project costs and track budget vs. actual expenditures
- Prepare progress billings, claims, and variation orders (VOs)
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in awarding contracts
- Conduct site inspections to validate work accomplishments
- Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and accounting teams
- Assist in contract administration and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
