About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance professional to join the team at Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Electrical Maintenance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, and other equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement appropriate solutions to resolve problems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our electrical systems
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics
• With or without a license
• Without experience or a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
